To me, the best and most viable option should be to start a business, especially in these challenging but opportunistic times. Here are some ideas – health care, non-food organic apparel, niche job fair events, matchmaker, party/wedding planner, college planning, free lance writing, etc.. Now is the time to turn your hobby and interests into a business. Focus on perceived high value and consumer oriented wants. If you can make it easy and affordable for someone to get what they want, you got a perfect and lucrative business.
