The best anti-aging solution is living life with vigor and energy. So with that being said this is what we’re going to do:
1. Be happy, optimistic, excited and laugh every day.
2. Be positive, thankful and regularly thank others.
3. Meditate for 20 minutes.
4. Be calm when faced with stressful situations.
5. Socialize and befriend others.
6. Exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.
7. Be prepared and don’t do tasks last minute.
8. Eat more veggies and fruits, eat until satisfied and not over eat.
9. Floss at least once a day.
10. Sleep at least 7-8 hours a day.
11. Take 2 aspirins a day.
12. Be sexually active.
13. Maintain a blood pressure of 120/80 mmHg.
14. Maintain a HDL Cholesterol level no less than 50 mg/dL.
15. Maintain a LDL Cholesterol level no more than 100 mg/dL.
16. Maintain a Triglyceride level of no higher than 150 mg/dL.
17. Avoid tobacco.
